Hi, I’m Quista Harry-Richards, a Registered Nurse, Licensed Midwife, and Microbirth Approved Provider with nearly 20 years of hands-on experience in nursing and maternal health. My journey spans general nursing, operating theatre nursing, and specialized midwifery training, equipping me with a comprehensive understanding of care that extends beyond pregnancy and birth.

Guiding women through the transformative stages of motherhood is my passion—from preconception planning to postpartum recovery and beyond. My strength lies in my compassion, knowledge, and unwavering commitment to empowering women with evidence-based education and holistic support. I believe that every mother deserves to feel confident, informed, and nurtured throughout her journey.

When I’m not supporting mothers and families, I enjoy exercising, crafting, and spending quality time with my family in the outdoors.
